WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Please remember to bring to the following your first appointment:
- Referral letter from your GP
- Medicare Card
- Private Health Insurance (if applicable)
- Your latest test results or scans (if applicable)
- List of any medications or supplements you are taking
- List of any questions or concerns you may have
- Feel free to bring a friend or family member along to your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes early your appointment – This is to finalise any paperwork. This information allows Dr Kennedy and his team to make the most of your visit and time and answer any question you may have about your condition.
Do you need a referral – We recommend you get a referral from your GP or Specialist. A referral will enable you to receive the Medicare rebate for your consultations and potentially your surgery (if required).
